With Chris Paul battling frequent injuries recently, the Phoenix Suns are looking at their radar for potential new acquisitions in preparation of their future without the future hall of famer.

Sources told insider Marc Stein that the Suns are looking at Fred VanVleet, Terry Rozier and Immanuel Quickley as potential targets for a trade, with them assessing their looks at post-Chris Paul stage.

Paul, 37, remains productive this season with his 8.4 assists averages, but his scoring numbers (13.4) have dipped towards a career low. He appeared in just 27 out of 29 games played by the Suns.

He will also remain in Phoenix for two more seasons to come, set to be paid by over $60 million following this year.

In hindsight, it is definitely a must for the Suns to look for a probable replacement that can help them continue to contend for years to come and reject fading away fom relevance.

With VanVleet, Rozier and Quickley being trade components at the backcourt all season long, Phoenix also has to reassess if they have plenty of trade assets to fulfill their desire.
