John Collins Set To Make Return Monday
16 seconds agoAtlanta Hawks power forward John Collins (ankle) is on track to suit up for Monday’s contest vs. Orlando after having missed the previous eight contests due to a sprained left ankle. Prior to his injury, Collins had averaged 12.3 points and 7.5 boards across his first 22 games, averaging fewer than double-digit shot attempts for the first time since his rookie year in 2017-18. With Clint Capela (calf) sidelined for the time being, Collins has the opportunity to see his rebounding numbers improve; back on Oct. 21 against the Magic, the 25-year-old delivered a 23-point, 13-rebound performance. Fantasy managers can expect Collins to be somewhat eased back into the mix but a three-game week against favorable opponents (Orlando, Chicago, Detroit) will likely be beneficial to his production.
